The inspection process can take up to 3 hours or more to complete. You are welcome to accompany the inspector during the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home.

Items that will typically be included in an inspection are: (visible and accessible) framing, roof and attic/sub-structure, foundation, grading of soil, doors & windows, garage & garage doors, electrical system, plumbing system, heating and air conditioning systems, insulation, ventilation, kitchen, bathrooms, built in appliances, additional items and systems unique to a particular home may also be inspected.

When the inspection is completed

We will go over all points of the inspection like safety concerns. The age of some of the systems like the water heater and furnace.

We will identify components that are near or at the end of Their typical life span.

We will go over routine maintenance that should be performed, as well as answer any questions you may have.

We will provide information on maintenance required in keeping the home and its systems in top condition.
