As a State licensed WDO Structural Pest Control Building Inspector, Ron can provide you with the information you require such as an evaluation of a complete building or limited areas of concerns, a California State Report with photos, cost of correction, and he can testify in court.
What is the cost?
Starting at $185 p/h plus any additional fees for expenses incurred such as travel, lodging, etc.
In Court Expert Witness and depositions fees begin at $230 p/h with adjustment for expenses.
All litigation related work will require a retainer. Our average retainer fee is $1,500 to $2500.
Your attorney may require pre-case information. At your request I can review your information and provide my opinion.
We require any and all information or documents and/or inspection reports for review.
